What does RTT® cost?
Please take a look at Work With Me to read about the packages and programs that I offer.
Is hypnosis safe?
Hypnosis is 100% safe and it is a natural state. In fact it's just the sleep of the nervous system where you are still in control of yourself and completely aware of your emotions and surroundings.
What does hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis differs from one person to another and it might be a little different each time you are hypnotized. Essentially, it's a feel good state and you might feel a floating sensation, or feel relaxed and at ease or even sleepy. Regardless of what it feels like, it's working and you will not experience discomfort.
Can I get "stuck" in hypnosis?
Never. You will be completely aware of what is going on and you will able to talk, move your body, maybe cry or laugh and even get up to get to the restroom if needed, simply by opening your eyes. On the contrary you can drift into sleep during hypnosis if you are too relaxed.
Will you take control of my mind during the hypnosis?
Absolutely not. You will always be in charge. I cannot manipulate your mind, or make you do anything against your will.
How will I feel after a session?
Hypnosis is a naturally occuring state of mind and unpleasant side effects are incredibly rare. Most commonly you will experience a powerful sense of wellbeing or euphoria that can last for several hours. I generally recommend some rest and self care after working so hard during the session. Other than that you will be able to carry on with your day without any problems.
How much commitment will I have to put in?
60% of the transformation is done during the hypnotherapy session and the remaining 40% is your commitment to listening to the audio recording daily for at least 30 days after your RTT® session. The mind learns by repetition and your results will reflect your level of commitment.
How long before I start to see changes?
Every person is different and so is their own healing journey. With RTT® you may experience:
-
- Instant change: you will feel a massive shift right away.
-
- Cumulative change: you see the shift increasing with each passing day.
-
- Retroactive change: you think that nothing has happened, then BAM! one day your look back and realize how much your life have changed and improved.
