What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®)?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a phenomenal method based on hypnosis and created by Marisa Peer, a well-known author, public speaker and Britain’s #1 therapist with over 35 years of experience.
What makes RTT® so interesting and unique is that RTT® is a hybrid therapy that combines the best parts of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, Neuroscience and, of course, hypnotherapy. RTT® goes far beyond years spent on traditional clinical therapy and within 1 to 3 sessions you will be able to free yourself from whatever issue may be affecting you.
Unlike traditional therapy, RTT® works by going straight to the root cause of your issue and give you an understanding to re-wire all your old habits, limiting beliefs, destructive behaviors, that kept you stuck. RTT® is incredibly fast, effective, permanent and safe. With just one session you will be able to permanently attach healthy meanings to previous traumatic events and feel liberated and excited to move towards a future worth living to the fullest.
Regression is a fundamental part of RTT®. During regression you will be asked to go back to 3-4 scenes that have all to do with your presenting problem. Your subconscious mind knows exactly which scenes you must review to get to an understanding without ever re-living them.
Can you do RTT® from home and is it worth it?
Yes, absolutely and you will get the same exact benefit as a face-to-face session. Plus, a lot of times you will feel more relaxed and at ease in the privacy and comfort of your own environment.
You are in charge of your life and RTT® will help you to get the changes you are looking for, with immediate relief right after the session, and long lasting results.
Each RTT® session lasts around 2 hours.
